No machine is needed for the first class, as we will be working on the motifs. Bring regular sewing notions,
scissors, pins, etc., marking pen or pencil, freezer paper or double-sided paper-backed fusible web (common
brands are Wonder Under, Steam-A-Seam, Heat and Bond, etc.), travel iron, ironing surface, and thread. The
pattern provides 24 motifs from which you will choose 8...or you can always design your own. You might want
to bring some of you own wool scraps as well.
Thank you for taking this class. I know you will enjoy the process and there will be all that wonderful quilter
camaraderie that makes our craft so special. In the end you will have a beautiful and personalized piece of
work that YOU created. It will be a treasure.
